Cabana Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Shift4 will give away ten (10) tickets for entry into the Spa Cabana Suite at the Jacksonville Jaguars home game on 11/16/2025 (the “Referral Giveaway”) to each of five (5) winners of a random drawing with every “Qualified SkyTab Lead” being an entry into the drawing.
What determines a new Qualified SkyTab Lead?
A new Qualified SkyTab Lead (a “Lead”) is a prospect that:
- Is a legitimate bar or restaurant;
- Contains valid contact information for the owner and/or decision maker at the merchant location, including names, cell phone numbers, physical address and/or email addresses;
- Engages in conversation with SkyTab representative and expresses interest in the SkyTab POS solution;
- Has not had a direct or indirect relationship for payment processing with Shift4 or its affiliates (collectively, “Shift4”) or referral partners in the six (6) month period preceding the referral and is not an existing lead of Shift4 or its referral partners as of the referral date (an “Existing Merchant”);
- Is not affiliated with, or in the same franchise with, an Existing Merchant;
- Was identified by the referring party as a New Qualified SkyTab Lead in accordance with the referral process, which is explained below in the section called “How to register”; and
- Meets all of the other -qualifications for this bonus.
Who is not eligible for the giveaway?
You are not eligible for the giveaway if:
- You, or any company you work for or are affiliated with, have an employment relationship with Shift4 or an agreement with Shift4 that involves referring, reselling, boarding, or otherwise facilitating merchant relationships for payment processing;
- You are an owner, operator, decision maker and/or family member of the New Merchant or its affiliated entities, including any franchises or franchisees;
- You are an employee or immediate family member of a Shift4 partner or who has an agreement with Shift4 that involves referring, reselling, boarding, or otherwise facilitating merchant relationships for payment processing;
- You are a franchisor responsible for making vendor, equipment and/or technology purchasing decisions regarding your own franchisees;
- You are an Individual under the age of 18;
- You are employed by Shift4 (please use the Employee Referral Form)
When will the Referral Giveaway be announced?
The Referral Giveaway winner will be announced ten (10) days prior to the Jacksonville Jaguars game on 11/16/2025. Winners will be notified via email and you will have 48 hours to claim the prize.
How to register?
To refer a New Merchant, simply complete the referral form.

- We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
- By entering the promotion, you agree that we and our affiliates, the prize provider(s), and The Jacksonville Jaguars, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, for all matters related to your acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the promotion.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The sponsor of the promotion is the Shift4 affiliate that manages the page or site running the promotion.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
